Launching Soon

This has been bubbling in my creative cauldron for quite some time; holding workshops in the barns here was a formative plan on which our house move was predicated. The barns have proven a stumbling block though, as they’re only tentatively holding themselves up, so not ideal for hosting in.

However we do have other spaces large enough to gather together a select quantity of people, so I think it’s time I invited you over to mine.

No.1 The Design Workshop

So I guess you’ll know by now what we do; we tend to create homes and spaces that feel like they have always been there; well settled and appropriate within their architecture and using sustainable, natural, breathable, reused materials and traditional detailing.

This workshop will be all about how we do just that; the materials we use and how we find them; the influences that guide us; the layers that make up the whole.

No.2 The Creative Workshop

The less studious workshop; hands on creating with me; making your own stitch bound book of prints, including carving stamps, pattern making and binding

There’ll be greater detail available about the workshops and what will be included when they’re launched. For now this is a heads up for those of you who subscribe to my substack. The dates for the workshops to be held will be in January/February - hopefully something to look forward to in those cold, dark and quiet post Christmas months and I’ll be launching these first workshops in October. The location will be at my house in North Herefordshire.

Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to reserve a place on one of these days ahead of launch as places will be limited. As I haven’t yet set dates or costs I won’t hold you to it but i’ll know to offer you first dibs when the opportunity arises.
